When you sign in or make a booking, we collect your Google account name, email address and profile photo, an optional phone number, booking details, event poster link, and messages exchanged through the site. The contact form collects the name, email address, and message you submit.
We use this information to authenticate you, operate your profile, prevent duplicate or abusive bookings, provide and synchronize booked services, communicate with you, and protect the site. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
Supabase provides authentication, database, file storage, realtime messaging, and server functions. Google provides sign-in and Calendar synchronization. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form submissions for abuse. Resend processes email sent to or from the business domain. These providers may process data in other countries and do so under their own privacy and security terms.
Supabase stores authentication-session data in browser storage so you remain signed in. This site uses session storage to restore a booking after sign-in. Turnstile may use cookies or similar signals for fraud prevention. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies.
We retain account, booking, contact, chat, and email records while needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting duties. Retention may continue after an account becomes inactive where those needs apply.
You can review and update editable profile information from your Profile page and cancel bookings from your Dashboard. You may use the Contact page to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained where law or a legitimate operational need requires it.
This booking service is not intended for children under 13. A parent or guardian should make any booking for a child.
